I am visiting from the Bay Area and staying at the Chase Hotel. My wife and I had our doubts because we are used to the gyms that hotels offer their guest which aren't really much. Fitness 1 in Brea is AWESOME! We just loved it, if I had known how nice this gym was, I would have scheduled more time on vacation so I could have more play time in the gym. The features of the gym that especially spoke to me were: spacious areas, the high quality of equipment, the weights (weighted disks and dumbbells were super nice), the variety of equipment, and the HIIT equipment. It wasn't crowded and the locker rooms and showers were very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our workout last night, thank you so much!!!
