My husband and I have been at AMV for almost 3 years and find it to be a great place to live. Our community is beautiful - similar to a college campus (making us feel young again)! The residents are friendly and interesting, while the staff is responsive to our needs. Before the pandemic, we found many AMV volunteer opportunities in the local community and within AMV. The educational classes, lectures, interest groups, and entertainment have been great. During this Covid pandemic, the administration and associates have worked very hard and have gone to great lengths to help keep our community safe. Likewise, the residents are concerned for each other's welfare, considerate and helpful. This is a continuing care retirement community - so all our future needs will be met here. We have no regrets choosing Asbury and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a worry-free place to retire. Our dog, Shelby, also loves it here - especially when residents or concierges like to give her a treat!
