I have been dealing with Mlm Realty LLC for several years now and I must say the experience has been average. The customer service is mediocre at best and there have been some issues with property maintenance. However, I have to give credit where credit is due, they have managed to find me good tenants and ensure that rent is collected in a timely manner. Overall, I would rate them as an average real estate company.
