Truck was making noise on front end and wasn t driving strait. I told them to check everything and let me know what it need to be fixed properly, I m
Planning on keeping this truck for a while. They told me all I needed was ball joints and an alignment and it would be good. I asked if that would fix everything and they said yes. $750 dollars. Turns out it still made noise and still didn t drive strait. I looked at the report as well and The tech even says in it that it could use more ajustment but the bolts are maxed out.. so they knew it wasn t fixed when they were finished. So I left a bad review. they called me and I explained everything. They said they should be able to fix whatever it needs and that they would call me after the holidays to set up an appointment and get it fixed. I was happy to have them do the work, I just want it fixed right. That was almost two months ago, still never heard back... I went to alignment specialist and terns out what I actually need to be able to get it aligned is upper A- arms. And that kit comes with ball joints... so basically I paid this dealership to fix the ball boints for absolutely nothing. Waisted $750.. I would NOT recommend these guys for any type of service!!
Being a Toyota dealership they should definitely know how to fix a Toyota
