I don't usually write reviews but my experience with Vanet has caused me so much distress that I just HAD to share this!!!!!!!



Since the day I moved in they made the lousiest effort to arrange a contractor to come fix the damages in my property. It's now been almost 3 months and my fridge was only fixed 2 weeks ago (food was going rotten) and there are still wires hanging in my bathroom and no toilet seat!

On top of that, my Property Manager rarely replies to any of my emails which I have to chase up 2/3 times. She doesn't even address 80% of the concerns I raise when she does respond, and she makes simple errors when booking appointments. I've lost almost 2 whole days of work just to be at home so a contractor can come to fix these things, only to find she gave me the wrong date for the appointment!!!!! She doesn't even apologize for her mistakes and makes me feel as though it was my fault and not hers!!!

I've even forwarded an email chain with concerns to the Head of Vanet and they didn't even respond.. AT ALL. So there's my last bit of hope gone out the window. And god knows if this review even means anything to them.
