The Opening the Heart workshop has presented our program at Kripalu several times a year for the last sixteen years. The OTH process is a powerful tool for working through current and past blocks to emotional health. The weekend rests not just on a blend of psycho-therapeutic and spiritual approaches but also on an atmosphere of deep safety and simple human caring.
