We have been fans and customers of this hotel since they opened and it was our favorite in the area until recently. They've changed the pool hours to mostly adult swim (21+), which leaves the pool mostly empty while families leave the property to find other entertainment for kids (in our case, teens.) Kids can only swim from 9a-6p, and check-in is at 4p and check-out at 11a - so about an hour on each end unless you're staying multiple days - very frustrating! However, it saves me money because there isn't much incentive to gamble there with this major drawback.

Other than that, the hotel is still fabulous - every room is a suite and the room size is a substantial! Buffet was delicious - everything made fresh and re-filled up until closing time... about 45 minutes after close, everything was tossed in the trash. So much great food just wasted every day; it's senseless. I'd love to see it donated to local shelters or food pantries - they could really make a difference in the community! I'm sure there's worry about liability if it's not handled properly, but a quick sticker with storage & reheating instructions should eliminate that worry!
