I found Zicasso when I was struggling to find a tour of Peru that included everything I wanted and nothing I didn't! That was proving difficult. I felt like I had nothing to lose when I learned about Zicasso's service which puts you in touch with a local agent who will customize a tour for you, so I filled out their info form and quickly received emails from 2 tour organizers in Peru. One of the 2 was absolutely incredible and organized exactly what we wanted based on the info we provided and a few conversations. We are grateful to Zicasso for putting us in contact with them. We would never have found them Otherwise. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because the other contact was very poor. While we quickly recognized that and chose to work only with the operator we liked, (who was flawless and provided such an amazing tour) I cannot speak to the overall quality of their agents. It is possible they are not all as carefully vetted. Nevertheless, we obtained a terrific tour from Zicasso's agent and I would not hesitate to use Zicasso again, especially given you are under no obligation to book a tour, so can walk away if not happy with the agent.
