Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Sends...

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Sends a rookie technician to my house 3 times and does not know how to properly troubleshoot a simple 7 component dryer. The original issue was the dryer turned on went through the dryer cycle but did not spin the drum. First I'm told it "could be a PCB board or Switch". I instructed the tech that he could test to see if they were getting power by using a multi-meter. He never tested voltage to either device. Next time he came out he said it wasn't either the of parts that were the issue but "could be the motor". Again, he didn't test to see if any voltage was making it to the motor. He then comes out with a new motor and that still does not fix the issue. He then states "it could be the thermal fuse" but again, does not test the voltage on the fuse. Today, a new tech comes out and says the motor is bad and so it the wiring harness (go figure, now they are trying to recover money for sending a tech there 3 times who didn't fix anything). I asked to speak to the supervisor. Soon as the guy gets on the phone I ask him what is going on and why can't a tech properly diagnose my dryer. He replies with "Well you have very complex and difficult dryer". I asked him "Can you define "difficult" because the dryer only has 7 working parts, a PCB board, Belt, Motor, Thermal fuse, Safety belt switch, drum and temp sensor". He then starts to define the word "difficult" in a very condescending tone. I asked him to stop talking down to me and he still continues to define the word and then proceeds to hang up.

Bottom line, worst company ever to deal with. I will be making Samsung aware of all the issues I've and with them including how they don't tell you a time until the day of. I'll also be sending Samsung all the recorded calls so they can see what kind of a company is represent Samsung.
