horrible customer service, pop up tree arrived with no tree stand, so useless. Can't get through to anyone and they don't return phone calls or emails. I paid for 2 day overnight shipping. Tree arrived in 4 days with no stand. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE SORRY SORRY! THEY ARE SORRY!
