Stayed here numerous times and have noticed the service and housekeeping quality continually declining. Desk staff (Forrest) wasn't the best and offered scattered and dismissive service at best. Brad also promised accommodation which never came to fruition. I most likely will join my colleagues who have also started to stay at the Hilton up the street.
