We went to Best Buy in Jefferson City to purchase another receiver. We couldn't get anyone to help us. And no they had plenty of employees working. A few years ago I purchased my TV, receiver and surround sound from this same Best Buy and things have sure changed. They had very little inventory. What a waste of time!! I went on line and purchased one and no not from Best Buy.
