Absolutely the worst place i have ever lived. My apartments are always changing managers and I have had the same issue with my online payments since the first year of living here. If the location wasn't as good as it is i would move.... now I'm willing to make the sacrifice and move. As long as I don't have to tolerate any more unprofessionalism.
