The service was excelent, really fast, they solve me all the problems i had, and i think that the Chat is the most efficient way to contact to follow your claims! They only problem i had was that they did not do a good job looking for my medical records that they need to pay my bills, and i had to do it by myself. But i would take them again, lovely people
