The hotel staff are nice, friendly, and are willing to help you with any problems you have with the hotel. The beds are nice and soft, however the pillows can be better. The only problem my friends and I had was that the bathrooms don't close and some even open by themselves. The hotel serves dinner but it is kinda of expensive and takes a LONG time, so it would be better to eat out. But overall the hotel is a good place to stay.
