My wife and I recently bought a used Nissan Armada from Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Virginia Beach. The overall experience was great. We worked with John Powell who was one of the most straight-forward car salesmen I've ever dealt with. He worked hard to get us the best price and most for our trade in vehicle. Although the wait was long the day we purchased our vehicle, John was by our side checking if we needed anything the whole time (about 5 hours). We understood the long wait as they sold at least 20 vehicles that day and the contract folks were pretty behind schedule. John even bought ice cream for our kids when the ice cream truck came by!! The sales manager realized the wait and purchased pizza for everyone in the waiting area. The customer service was top notch and we absolutely love our vehicle.
