I have a loved one at Strathmore Park. I was told a lot of bad reviews about Alden Strathmore Park. For my own review. My husband been to Van Matre By the time he was there he missed his medication, he could walk and speak. He didn't eat at all. At Strathmore within he talks like he use to, he eats a lot, and least but not last he walks with a walker great. The nurses the cna"s work constantly with a the theropst are also great . Actually honest his nurses got him back on track with the doctor about his correct medication . He really likes them and do too. For what they do they don't get enough pay. They have at least once a day if not more they play games with the patients, music and dance with them. They are so great. You need to come and take a tour. They also keep the showered clean beding and healthy snacks. I can't say enough about them. They even went out of there way including the receptionists and social worker worked case manager to help me. I was so over whelmed and stress, they helped me take care and showed me what to do Good Bless them. Thank you to all at Park Strathmore!I meant to say Van Mater did absolutely nothing for my husband when left there he couldn't walk, couldn't talk he look terrible. But now since he has been at Park Strathmore he can walk, talk, he eats good feeds himself they have been a asset and caring. Like I said Thank You to the staff you are the Greatest!!!
