Bait and switch dealer. Very disappointed.

Bait and switch dealer. Very disappointed.
We drove 2 hrs round trip to see a car.
Sat in their showroom for one hour while they looked for the car around the dealer, no one could find it.
We were ignored when asked for a cup of coffee after being there for one hr already sitting in the sales department, then was told to go get one in the service department and when asked what we needed there we said we were there buying a car and just wanted a cup of coffee because sales building had none, gentlemen in service simply walked away.

When they finally found the car, on their website they pictured an RC350 F SPORT fully loaded and the actual car was the lowest trim possible, not even close to the car in the pictures.
2 hr drive, 1 hour wait for absolutely nothing.
Shady business ethics.
