It is extremely hard to reach someone. When I leave a message it rarely gets returned. Don't get me wrong. I appreciate the meals very much. They are delicious & nutritious. Some I could do without. Like the Kale Burger & the Veggie Burger. I wish they'd have more traditional meals. They try to be too exotic. I only eat half of them because the other half are not my cup of tea.

After I made this review I received a call the same day. I was pleasantly surprised. The lady I spoke with was friendly, courteous, and respectful. She assured me that my concerns would be addressed. At least to some extent. Unfortunately, I'll still have to deal with some meals that aren't appetizing to me. At least for now.
I guess we can't have it all our way, lol
