NEVER making that mistake again.

I bought an NVME SSD, couldn't fit it into my build, and brought it back for a refund.

It took the service desk 45 minutes to get through two customers. Myself and another got so sick of waiting we literally sat crosslegged on the floor!

They FINALLY get to me, and of course they can't make it easy. Since the box has been opened, they can't refund the full amount. A 10% "RESHELVING FEE" applies. Never mind the drive was never actually installed; you opened the box, so no full refund.

Fine. Could they at LEAST process the refund quickly?
Nope! The attendant vanished for another 5 or so minutes, only to send someone ELSE out to hand me to someone else who printed paper and signed it.

Absolutely hopeless.
