The staff was not real friendly and it's been 7 da...

The staff was not real friendly and it's been 7 days and I've yet to receive my deposit for incidentals back!! left the room exactly as it was when I came. Not happy!!! Try calling and hold time in excess of 20 min. To get hung up on.
