REPI also popularly called Rohm, was my first job after college. For me this company would be a good first job to start, I had the opportunity to get trained in Japan (ROHM Fukuoka) and establish my technical experience and later my leadership experience. I am forever indebted to myJapanese mentors (Terasaki-san, Fukushima-san, Nakata-san, Tsukamoto-san and the other Japanese division managers I have worked with, apologies if I could not recall their names). I was able to develop my self discipline, way of thinking (kangae kata) and company mindset.
