UPDATE: Sam Pack's responded to my post and was eager to make the situation right by honoring their original internet price. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was due to the fact that it would have been nicer to have been treated so well on the first visit. I do feel, though, that they were courteous and professional in response to my concerns and ultimately took care of me.

Drove from south of Dallas after calling ahead to confirm they still had the vehicle quoted on the internet...sales manager did not honor the price saying it was a mistake and tried to sell me something else for marginal savings. In business, I stand by my word even if I made a mistake. Not sure how they get five star ratings based on my experience.
