Stayed there last night 1/14 /18... Stayed on the 10th floor... Whole floor was hot and smelt Of mildew ... Room smelt worse. Turned on AC smelt musty and like mildew ... Hole in the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower with mold and mildew in the files. Beds seemed descent but the room and whole floor felt icky from the moisture and musty smell. To top it off about 1230 in the morning I was sitting in bed and caught a bed bug running across the bed side table... Not the bed but bed side table. Uncertain I called my friend to look and sure enough it came out from the cracks of the night stand which smelt like death or rotting flesh when we opened the drawer. The wallpaper is coming off the wall and appears to have some mold behind it. The headboard on one bed was shaky and barely bolted in the wall I noticed when searching the mattress for bedbugs. Never found proof in the bed or pillows but the bed skirt was filthy from stains and crusted matter. When front desk was notified of bed bugs we were immediately moved to the 19th floor which was better but still had moldy tiles but no stinking bedside table or exposed moldy ceiling in the bathroom. So a lot better. It was a bit annoying the front desk clerk kept swearing it wasn't a bed bug but Google images, orkin, and terminex images has proven it was and with two witnesses I'm gonna say it was. He wasn't mean but I assure you it a was a bed bug and it was not surprising seeing the stains on the bed skirt, stains on curtains, nasty smell, and moldy wallpaper and moldy mildew shower ceiling. Out of all the rooms why put the guest in that room when you have much cleaner ones?!? Staff was kind though and smiled which is a blessing. I hope the caliber of the hotel is able to increase and meet the staff standards in place.
