My laptop was not booting up and my normal computer guy could not figured it out. Apogee is right down the street from my office and when I called they said they do free diagnostics so I thought I will give them a try. At first the techs seem to think that copying the data and reinstalling everything was necessary but there is a tech there named Jeremiah who took 15 minutes figuring it out but was able to find the problem. On top of fixing it he optimized Windows and its running fast like the day I bought it. Saved me a lot of money and downtime and I will be using Apogee full time now. Highly recommend them.
