I have been working in chetu since last year. My profile is android. I had also heard that it is hire and fire company but it was wrong. To be very honest no one is fired since last year. If your performance is poor still you will get two three months to improve. I think its enough time to improve. No politics here because every developer is assigned with single project. Yes timing is not good and alternate Saturday is working but one can manage if he/she focuses on learning new things.
