We bought a Clopay garage door which worked well for several years. Had work done on it and it kept jumping the track. After using several different garage door companies each having a different reason for the door jumping the tracks I called Clopay. I was advised to call Tammy at RCS. I did and after explaining our situation she dispatched Donnie who was there in less than an hour. It did not take long for Donnie to diagnose the problem (something missed by the other techs) and make repairs. RSC is first class in response time and addressing the problem at a fair price.
