Fish is great. Delivery is great. But customer service is utter rude. I have had a few phone calls from a guy called John and he was just consistently rude, disinterested and hangs up the phone before you could even finish your sentence. At one point, he quoted me a more expensive price than what they have in the website. Thank goodness, I managed to check before I paid over the phone to double check. I sensed that with that kind of behaviour, I couldn't trust him.

I would love to order from them regularly but I won't bother if you get this slam in the face behaviour.
