Service writer was fine but after having my car serviced it was brought out and just left in the parking area and I wasn't notified of it until sometime later. Then when I asked them to wash the car because I asked the first time , he brought it out again and again left it in the parking area with the keys still in the ignition. Potentially someone could have taken my car because I just got into it and left without anyone telling me it was ready
