When we were there it was crazy busy, so they must be something right. My 3 rating is based on having made an appointment and the person I was to see didn't know of the appointment. But he quickly found someone to assist us. I've been waiting 10 months to see, drive and price a new GV80. Turns out that they have so few vehicles that they couldn't give me a price. A test drive in one around the parking lot wasn't much of a test.I. learned more on YOUTUBE. I think the dealership is in a hard place with Genesis getting in front of its headlights in their marketing. Jason was a big help and upfront on the situation. Looks like Q1 2021 before any progress could be made.
