My family and I are so thankful for the care my father was given by the doctors, nurses and patient care attendants who took care of my dad when he arrived in the ER and while while he was on floor 4 West and then the last 2 days of his life on floor 6 USEN. From the time he arrived in the ER until the last day of his life, I will be forever grateful for the care and compassion towards my dad and my family given by the staff.
The 6 USEN staff of Annie, Andrew, Sue, Scott, Marilyne, Marilyn, Max, Savannah and Dr. Zacks took care of my family and dad in his last 48 hours of life. They brought in a portable bed for me to sleep on since I stayed with my dad overnight and complimentary trays of coffee and snacks. They made sure my dad was clean and comfortable. From the the time my dad arrived in the ER to his last day all that we came in contact with made a very difficult situation bearable. He died peacefully. Thanks again.
