I purchased a surf watch from them. After getting home and giving it to my brother for Christmas present we found out that it was broken. We called the watch company and learned that the watch was two years old and the battery was dead. When i took it back they refused to give me my money back all they would do is exchange it. I didn't want another watch from them that was two years old with a dead battery, for $135 i wanted a NEW watch. To me that sounds like a company that doesn't stand behind the products and takes advantage of the consumer. I would never shop there again.
