I've been to this Whataburger about 20 times. Almost every single time, there was something wrong with the order. Missing items, wrong sizes, wrong food items, wrong drinks, etc. They also love to claim there is ketchup and napkins in the bag, when busy, but there isn't squat. The workers are USUALLY nice.
I tried to get ahold of a manager to complain, but never spoke with one nor did I receive a call back. My best advice is to go when they aren't busy.
