I am not sure what to think about the recent experience with Appleton Campbell. My 87 year old mother and her 78 year old friend, purchased a maintenance contract for a less than 2 year old HVAC system that Appleton Campbell installed in their home. At the end of the bi-yearly check-up, mother and her friend ended up with a nearly $400 bill. WTH?!?
