I had excellent experience with Crown Honda. Their sales department is terrible, but service department makes up for it. I have been going to them for servicing my Honda(s) for the past 10 years. I usually seek out Charlie or Joe as Service Advisors. They both are probably the most experienced and don't try to "up sell" something that you do not need. I like the complimentary water, WiFi, coffee and bagels in the morning.
