HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! (Except for Dora Chow, she was awesome)

Bought a new home and HAD to work with Appliance Canada for our new appliances. Dora Chow was our sales person and she was the ONLY positive experience about this place.

1. Fridge order was placed 5 months before closing and was told it was on back order at time of house closing.

2. Forced us to accept delivery on their schedule without properly confirming a time.

3. Absolutely zero customer service skills. They wouldn't negotiate a time, wouldn't try to accommodate us in any way with the delivery of a fridge that they didn't have ready for us at the pre-arranged date despite 5 months notice.

Our order was placed in September for a closing in February. We upgraded a few appliances but thought 5 months was sufficient time to get everything we wanted. One week before closing I was told our fridge was on back order (wtf?) OK fine, they gave us a loaner fridge until ours came in. The week after closing I got a call on Monday and they said they could deliver it Tuesday, I said great but when I asked about scheduling a time (because most people need to WORK to afford a mortgage) they said they would call me back a little later in the day to schedule a time. They never called me back.

Tuesday my wife called first thing in the morning. She was told they would call her back in a little bit. At this point I hadn't bother scheduling off work because they never called to confirm a time. They called my wife around 9:30am and said they were en-route to our house with our fridge in the truck. She said nobody was home because they never confirmed a time and we weren't going to be home until after 4pm. My wife was basically told to have somebody there to accept delivery or they would have to reschedule because I had apparently already confirmed delivery with them on Monday. As I stated, they never called back. Had to have my father drive over and be there to accept the delivery at 10 am.
