Update 1:

After buying a car. I later found out that the vehicle was not serviced correctly prior to buying it. Note that the branch was 45mins away. So, naturally I was not happy. Max over at Sterling branch was quick and able to have my car re-serviced for me. He was very kind and understanding. I was given a courtesy vehicle for the day.

I arrived back the next day. Max greeted me the moment I drove in. Inspected the car with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the way he handled it. Showed care & concern as if it was his own car. Which I very much appreciated.

Now after that much driving back and forth. I was naturally weary. Skeptical, on if the car was truly fixed this time around. As would any customer. Max reassured me the car was fully serviced. Went his way to offer to pay for any issues that would come up from an inspection from a service center of my choosing. Amazed.

All in all, I may have went through some hassle.
But.. I was taken care of in the best way possible today. Which was by genuine care from Max over at BMW Sterling.
