They should better train the people who serve the public on this site. I went recently because there was a free event and their website did not give extra information about tickets. That's why I was calling their phone number and I sent them an email .. no answer. Nothing. In the end I went and they did not let me pass because they said that they were distributing tickets two days before. And the tone that the manager used was very pedantic and hateful. What lack of respect for all the people we could not pass.
