My recent experience has been a challenge. The lack of follow up and communication is frustrating. Although I speak to the several people answering the phones who are verbally pleasant (except Joy - poor attitude), no one seems to pass on the information (as our property manager is never available and never returns any calls). "Someone" will always get back to me, but it takes several more calls (to still not be able to reach that someone) and deal with whoever answers the phone who is usually limited in their ability to assist. Problem not resolved.

I've not had to contact EMB for much in the past but I now agree with my neighbors and others who also have EMB, we need to change management company.
