Edward was great! Even with all this COVID-19 nonsense going on, he was on time, professional, and friendly! He came in with his mask & gloves and shoe covers to protect himself and our home. He showed me where the problems were and what was needed to fix the problem. He let me take pictures of the issues and explained any questions that I had with easy to understand responses. We appreciate how quick the response was to our service call and will continue to use Jon Wayne for all our AC needs!
