xI adore Sequoia Zoo. It's just a small zoo, so take your time and stroll through. Your little ones will love it. If you have been to many city zoo's you may be disappointed because of its size. But just to be walking among the redwoods is a huge plus. Next to the zoo is a little garden to see all the beautiful flowers that can grow in Humboldt County. Then when you are done with the zoo, go to the other side and there's a great park for the kids to play with slides nestled into redwood trees. Then you can go walk the trails in Sequoia Park!
