Horrible service. Forgot to walk my dog 7 times in a row, ended up canceling and switching to a new walker. How hard is it to remember to walk my dog when that s your only job? It has been a full month and they refuse to return MY house key. DO NOT USE IF YOU LIVE IN DC. Unreliable and worst service I have received in a while. Not enough walkers in dc
