Mitch was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue (bird's nest in dryer vent caused leak in ceiling) inside of 15 minutes. Explained everything to me and got to work. He did not try to nickel and dime and I was pleasantly surprised when I did not get a bill. He smiled and stated "This wasn't a plumbing issue so I'm not going to charge you." I will definitely ask for Mitch again if I have any plumbing issues in future.
