Sonia at William Batters SY has been our agent for almost 2 years. She is so easy to deal with and very efficient in having any questions answered promptly. We rent in a beautiful older apartment and it does need some small repairs now and again, this is always dealt with smoothly, quickly and organised at a convenient time for all.
