I was doing a delivery to a shop and wasn't informed that a permit was needed. The carpark had a small sign saying that a permit was needed from the shop for customers to park there. Can't imagine these shops do much business with this system in place. Appealed as I wasn't a customer and was doing essential delivery during covid lockdown. Appeal was unsuccessful. Can't get anybody on the phone. Disgraceful company.
