Yes I clicked on 5 stars!!!! We never except to find a nice and new used car on the same day we have an appointment in the bay area. We decided to stopped by but we were concerned if dealers may will be same likes other staffs that I read at the most reviewers commented. Especially this Volvo Palo Alto dealers prove us wrong!!!! Staffs are very nice, patience, took their time to talk, show us the car, and etc.
Yes!!!!!! They helped us so much and we were approved and bought car. They keep it for a few days to fixed before we come back to get the car and go home. 2 hours drive, worth it!!! By the way, it is Honda Pilot Lx 2010 is the one we bought it from Volvo. Thank you Lymnan, Sophee, John, and expect Tommy, the manager!!!! You guys are the best staffs/dealers we could trust!!!!! Thank you guys!!!
