Fast Internet, I personally never had any down time. And the lady on the other end of the phone is very personable, and pleasant to talk too. My only complaint is; I wish they could have the monthly bill be more consistent, realizing it has more to do with Uncle Sam and taxes. Still annoying. Overall all, I am pleased.
