Went in the other day, we waited for a while but weren t upset- it was busy, I am also a bartender and have been for years so I get it. Only thing I was a little upset about is when I asked for a regular gin fizz the bartender snapped back at me that there isn t such thing there s only a sloe gin fizz and a Ramos gin fizz I m no master mixologists, but I have been around the block or two and have read many books on bartending and have bartended in multiple different states, a gin fizz is a thing. It s a classic cocktail (along with Ramos gin fizz). Sloe gin fizz obviously is made with gin infused with sloeberrys, wasn t even made popular until the 1960s. Just a little upset about the attitude I was given about it.
