My son bought a jigsaw puzzle recently from another retail outlet, but made by Robert Frederick. When building the puzzle we noted a piece was missing. I emailed the company on the evening of 19th November and had a prompt response on the morning of 20th November. They were unable to replace the missing piece so are sending out an entirely new puzzle for him. Excellent customer service. Would very highly recommend. Apart from the missing piece, the puzzle is well made and perfect for young children.
