I have been a customer of ESMI for over two years ...

I have been a customer of ESMI for over two years now and I must say that their services are average. While their website is easy to navigate, I often find myself waiting on hold for long periods of time when calling their customer service. The claims process is a bit confusing, but once you figure it out, it's not too bad. Overall, I would say that ESMI provides an average experience, nothing exceptional.
